Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding national holidays.

Once payment is confirmed, processing times range from 1 to 5 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link.

You can follow your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

4. Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful (e.g. recipient unavailable, incorrect address), the carrier will leave a notification.

If the order is returned to DHRT, any reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at dhrt.co@gmail.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will review the situation and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

6. International Shipping and Customs Duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

DHRT has no control over these additional costs.
